Anwar's Birthday!!

Last Sunday marked the 61st Birthday of Anwar Ibrahim....

I was privileged to be present to celebrate this important day and happy to report the events that took place for the readers of falconed.blogspot .....

It was an "A-LIST" event and tougher to get in than the MTV Asia Music Awards, among the celebrities present.....

Malaysia was represented by.....

Then we move on to the performances of the night...

Elton John sang a special rendition of "candle in the wind" for Anwar...

Datuk M Daud Kilau brought the crowd into Ecstasy with his song "Gelek" "Gelek"

You cant imagine the happiness of the crowd when it was time for...........

Anwar showed his appreciation for the support received with his own rendition of "touch my body" while imitating Mariah Carey in the Video...

The Night ended with a performance that brought tears to the eyes of all those present...

A sign of solidarity and harmony....
